Outstanding Experience for an Outstanding Car! I recently purchased my 2nd Mazda and knew immediately after I purchased my firs , in 2014 that I would continue driving Mazda cars. Part of my decis I recently purchased my 2nd Mazda and knew immediately after I purchased my firs , in 2014 that I would continue driving Mazda cars. Part of my decision has to do with the welcoming staff, wonderful service department and fantastic Mazda facility. When I inquired about trading in my CX5, my service advisor contacted the sales department and I was immediately contacted. I was impressed with the casual attitude (no high pressure) I experienced with the professional sales team. My initial questions were answered and I then decided to complete some preliminary research on my own from home. The sales team frequently contacted me to answer any questions and inform me of current incentives while being mindful that I was taking my time to research the new CX3. When it was time to proceed, I made an appointment with Ryan Rector which proved to be another successful experience with Classic Mazda of Denton. I was sold as soon as I drove the new CX3. Finally, it was time to meet with Zane in the Finance Department where I was fully informed of my options and provided with a thorough explanation of my financing.
