Classic Mazda offers Classic Customer Serivce Everytime I have been with Classic since about 2008 when I relocated to Texas from Florida. I have had all 3 Mazda's serviced and 2 purchased there. Classic has taken care of me with every transaction. Chris Stolp is my most recent Sevice Advisor and keeps me aware of each step when I am in for Service. Recommends service needed or service that can wait. Advises me of upcoming sales that may be of interest to me. Christine at a scheduling has always been patient and understanding with each missed appotinment. Such is life.. she's always gracious and accommodating. I don't see me leaving Classic anytime soon. Bring on the HardTop Miata!!! I am ready!!! It was nice to see my Sales Associate, Chace from trainee when I purchased my 2014 CX5 in 2013 to Lead Sales Associate this weekend.... Great Customer Service This is the only place I will bring my mazda. And i used to make fun of people that used dealerships vs independent garages for repairs/maintenance. Last time I came in for brakes after another garage recommended a $1000+ brake job. Classic said back pads were still in good shape and serviced the front brakes for a very reasonable price. This trip was just a cabin filter change. Friendly, on-time, nice waiting area. No upsell. Mazdas rarely break down but need servicing like any other car. More

Ryan Rector responded to me and gave me 2 options, 1 used and 1 new. The price between the 2 where so close that I went with the new, even though it was SLIGHTLY above my max price. When I got there, Ryan went over the pricing again, and sure enough, it was the exact same price he quoted me over the phone. I will do business with this company again.
