Tech attempted to keep me adivsed of status on my car but was awfully busy. I left my coupon at home but Chris did find me one i could utilize when checking out. My dad and I had check out another dealership that was offering the car I wanted for a lower price but upon showing up they did not even have the car in stock and the service was terrible. They were questioning whether we had truly asked for that specific car (we were very specific and even requested a quote for a specific vehicle). I was a little hesitant about going to another dealership. The way the dealership sounded through Ryan's email made me think maybe they would be too good to be true or just look good on paper - I was pleasantly surprised! Everything Ryan said in the email was exactly what happened. The car I wanted was sitting right there out in front - ready for a test drive. We took the car for a spin after he went over all the safety features and little tidbits. Loved the car so I was ready to buy. Their internet was down but that did not stop them. They were ready and willing to do it the old-school way. The process took a little longer due to the internet being down but that was out of their control. They handled the problem very well. The buying process was easy and straight forward. The price they quoted was the price I got the vehicle for - no random add-ons or up-selling shenanigans. I was truly impressed and I will definitely go back when I'm ready to buy another vehicle. I HIGHLY recommend this dealership! More

Simply put, the reason t I brought my 2008 Mazda3 to Classic for service and ended up leasing a 2015 CX-5 and my wife purchasing a 2015 Mazda3 5-door. Simply put, the reason this happened is that salesperson Daniel Schmitt and manger Robby Harvey are great. They were never pushy, but were always knowledgeable and willing to discuss various options that might make sense for us. Our shopping experience occurred over two days and we were never rushed. Of course, it's ultimately the deal that makes a sale. Ours was great. We wouldn't be driving two new Mazdas without Daniel's patience and Robby's experience and knowledge about sales, so I HIGHLY recommend a discussion with these guys to see if they can help you. More
