Short of Help and People Need a Little Training I was told you were short to service staff as an explanation for why I waited about an hour after arriving to get to talk to a service rep. Everyone I was told you were short to service staff as an explanation for why I waited about an hour after arriving to get to talk to a service rep. Everyone had to wait a long time to see a service rep. This is the main reason I would not recommend your dealership for service. It might have just been a bad day but it is my first experience with you guys and it was a little disappointing. I used to get my Chrysler Town and Country serviced across he street. When I called to see what was the best time to bring in my car for service I asked if you guys had access to my service records from across the street. I was told no, you could not access their computer records. I called Chrysler Corp and talked to a customer service person. She not only said your organization can access my service records on-line, she logged onto my account and told me my recent service history. When I brought my car in, I told the service rep that Chrysler told me that he could access my records on-line and if he did not know how he should call the corporate person I talked to. He said he could not access my records and he did not have time to even try. I was disappointed that your service rep did not know my service history to make sure I was getting done what needed getting done and I was not spending money on things that I did not need. I did have most of the paperwork from my service and your guy did look at that. However, I was a little disappointed that your guys were a little low tech and were not able to take a minute to figure out how to read my on-line history. One more thing, when I asked to talk to a manager for help on this issue, I was told that the manager was on vacation for two weeks. The answer I was expecting to hear was that he would get the assistant manager for me. One other disappointment was I asked for a copy of the checklist of the total inspection I was told my car would get. I was told there is no checklist to give me. That is a first for me!!!! More

A Horrible Experience This was my first time at Dependable Dodge. It may be my last, and unless corrected I will be telling everyone I know and every post I can get on - D This was my first time at Dependable Dodge. The service person (Joe or John) lied to me every day for 4 days. He Kept saying he would call me - He NEVER did. I had to borrow a car to drive to you to find out about my vehicle. I was charged for something that I should not have been. To say in your name that you are Dependable - is just a LIE. I am still waiting for corrective action by the service Manager, When he returns from Vacation. Apparently no one can fill in while he is away. I am very upset and disappointed that I had no other option than to go here. More

poor communication. needed a simple 50k service and the latest dodge recalls if possible within my timeframe. made an appointment 2.5 weeks in advance to leave the truck needed a simple 50k service and the latest dodge recalls if possible within my timeframe. made an appointment 2.5 weeks in advance to leave the truck a full WEEK for an oil change. was very clear i could NOT leave the truck more than a week as i was leaving town with it. on the day to pick up we were notified the truck had not even been touched RIDICULOUS. i paid as much for this truck from dodge as i did for my 911 PORSCHE with luxury service. so dodge wants to charge high price oil changes for diesel trucks and they expect me to just rent a car for weeks on end while they perform a simple oil change? you guys are charging luxury prices now in the marketplace and providing garbage (never ending monthly recalls) AND horrible unattended service More

Terrible Customer Service It was severely difficult to get a hold of my mechanic Joe Samperio. I had called his number and sent emails regarding the status of my vehicle and either had a notification saying the mailbox was full or didn't receive any message back for weeks. Additionally the staff that handles the phone lines was extremely rude and unhelpful in directing my call to Joe Samperio and responded with an attitude when I asked to speak to Joe regarding my company vehicle. The staff at the dealership could be better trained in customer service skills and in handling clients to make a much better and professional service. More
