I took my sprinter van in for an easy thing, reprogram the ecu for registration purposes. I call to inform them I’m going to be 15 minutes late. When I arrive I’m told the tech went home sick an hour ago. I rescheduled for drop off later that day giving them a full week to do the work as we were out of town. I clearly stated I needed the van back the Saturday when we return. I call Friday to verify and do not get a return phone call. When I call Saturday to pick up the van I find out they haven’t touched it and won’t be able to until Monday. I have a 6 day job starting Monday and needed the van. Instead of giving them a chance to give me another excuse why they can’t finish it I take it back. This is by far the worst, unprofessional dealership I have ever been to. I own 3 dodges and would rather travel another 30 miles to another dealer than to ever give any business to them again. Do yourselves a favor and find any other Dodge dealer rather then let this place take your money. Horrible place. Wasn’t able to speak to one manager over this whole ordeal. More

Attentive, responsive and fast!! We had warranty repair work done at another dealership that kept our truck for 7 days! When we drove away (ina filthy unwashed vehicle) a light came on. We could not get a decent response other than “for $300 we will will check it out and we can’t tell you how long it will take”. Dependable Dodge to the rescue!! They talked the issue through with us, performed the inspection, fixed the problem AND washed the truck in a matter of hours! Could not be happier with the service! The only downside is the lot is closed when the dealership is closed so you can’t drop off your car if it’s not business hours. Despite that I would highly recommend this dealership, especially Beto and David! More
