David the service manager is great! My RAM truck was in the shop to figure out what happened after I hit a curb whilst evacuating during the Woolsey fire. Un-resolved Service I kept up with all the maintenance on the car, right after the "RECALL" of the replacement of the Ignition and Keys, everything on the car went off I kept up with all the maintenance on the car, right after the "RECALL" of the replacement of the Ignition and Keys, everything on the car went off the line, the major one right now is the starting of the car that goes on and off, sometimes it will start and sometimes not. It affected also the automatic door locks in which I spent over a thousand dollars. I spent time and money on this car and on this dealer. For many trips to the dealer, dealer spent 3 to 5 days per trip including over the weekends to keep it. But until now It has not been resolved on the safety of the starting on and off the car. They changed the module in which I did to resolve all the automatic locks and the starting on and off, in which they said it will resolve all the problems, but not. I changed the battery, starter, I had a major tune-up on this car. Lately, they called me the battery is leaking acid hopefully this will solve the problem. I told them to replace it even though its a new battery. But, when I get there, they pulled out of the lift station bay and parked it at their parking lot, I asked them why? I got there on the end of (2) days to pick up the car, they did not replace the battery. So, on my disappointment I took the car of the dealer. The service advisor David Dew said, he did not do anything on the car. Reason, he said, he doesn't have time and no Mechanics available, even though I have an appointment on this car. My conclusion: How many trips I spent on this car on same problem, guessing what should be the diagnosis. So, I will give this Dealer a No Recommendations: Overall I don't think they are Reliable! No more dodge/Chrysler products, ever I will start by saying that my service manager David was fantastic, no complaints in that department. But I will use this forum to caution people t I will start by saying that my service manager David was fantastic, no complaints in that department. But I will use this forum to caution people to stay away from Dodge Chrysler products. I own a 2014 Ram and a 2014 300, both for business. The amount of recalls I have dealt with on both vehicals is rediculas. I have had the 300 in for transmission issues multiple times, The truck has the same issues, only more. The windshield on my 300 is discoloring around the entire perimeter, the door trim is coming off, as is the console trim. The 2014 Ram just spent 3 weeks in the shop waiting for a new cam and lifters, Why 3 weeks ? Because Chrysler has no parts. A set of lifters should have been maybe $250-$350 dollars, I paid $1100.00 just for the lifters. My mechanic at the dealership where it was being serviced could not get his hands on the lifters, other dealerships had them, but were holding them for the highest bidder. I paid over 1 THOUSAND DOLLARS for a set of LIFTERS so I could get my work truck back for my project manager. I purchased the lifters from Simi Valley Dodge Chrysler where I purchased my 300 and took them to David at Dependable Dodge so he could install them. Chrysler is apparently now owned by Fiat. I am going to Ford this weekend to turn both these cars in before they fall apart. More
