Was actively working with this dealer on a purchase. Had secured financing and sent it over to them. They went back to their finance and suddenly the car was sold. Best guess is they wanted to make more Had secured financing and sent it over to them. They went back to their finance and suddenly the car was sold. Best guess is they wanted to make more money off their own finance offerings. They claimed it’s because I didn’t put down a deposit. But as I was actively talking to the sales rep about payment selection I didn’t realize a deposit was required. If you actually care about buying the car you are working in and not wasting hours of time and a hard credit pull avoid this dealer. More
