Road trip emergency Driving home from LA to Phoenix, my Cayenne quit working. My son in LA contacted this dealership, the nearest one, and Kevin was waiting for me when I Driving home from LA to Phoenix, my Cayenne quit working. My son in LA contacted this dealership, the nearest one, and Kevin was waiting for me when I arrived in the tow truck. They diagnosed the problem (both fuel pumps conked out) and got me a rental to finish my trip. Dealership ordered and installed new fuel pumps & my husband flew back to pick up the car. Service issue. Had a rather severe issue with my 2016 Land Rover Discovery. Called my service person, Chad Ingram, and was immediately taken care of with a loaner car. Upon diagnostic testing it was discovered that the engine had to be replaced. There was no question that my car would be fixed and at a minimum cost to me. Chad Ingram is truly one of the most efficient managers and is a true asset to Desert European. More
