dissatisfaction with service We have not been satisfied with the service provided at this dealership. We have taken our car there and only there since we bought it. This past vi We have not been satisfied with the service provided at this dealership. We have taken our car there and only there since we bought it. This past visit the car was kept in your service department for 10 days. We brought it in for service and a battery. We mentioned three other items for review resulting in an auxilliary battery and repair of the mechanism controlling the outside mirrors. In addition the overhead light in the car would blink on and off. We were given completion dates on several occasions which were not met causing us to change our plans. When we called in for updates rarely could we speak to someone in service and our calls were not returned promptly sometimes not at all. I would have to call several times to get a response. I left two messages for the service manager with no return call. In the past we mentioned certain things that were never corrected. Your people were always polite but certainly not effective. 10 days was overkill for the work done. We have decided to take our car to the Orange County dealership in the future,----Thank you for a chance to express this We would not have communicated our feelings otherwise.
