Audi wouldn't be a great car without great service My vehicle needed additional service after I had it in for scheduled maintenance. Jenna worked with me to accommodate my schedule, not theirs. I don't think I spent more than a few minutes in and out both times I was in. That included getting my loaner car to me. I live out of state but I always get my Audi serviced at Audi Rancho Mirage. We had time on our hands during our visit before a wedding in Palm Springs..thought we would check out a few cars we had in mind .. and walked out with a beautiful 2017 Jaguar XE. Jacob had to go above and beyond in completing the sale as we it had be signed and finalized long distance while he was juggling a family emergency . The car was detailed for delivery and Jacob connected my phone and patiently briefed me on the operating the car. He also went above and beyond to arrange for an at home tutorial in the near future.. which I can assure you we need. More
