Superior service of John Roberts John provided excellent service to us while we were searching for a new vehicle. We had talked to him this morning at 8:00 and by the time we arrived John provided excellent service to us while we were searching for a new vehicle. We had talked to him this morning at 8:00 and by the time we arrived at the dealership he already had a vehicle ready for our inspection. It was exactly what Tim and I were looking for, and after a test drive, we were ready to buy. John never pressured us at any time. He is DEFINITELY an asset to DeSoto Ford. This afternoon we returned to finish the final paperwork. Not only did John explain the vehicle to us this morning, but after the purchase he spent almost an hour going over the features of the explorer. He also programmed our phones and explained this feature. We have never had a salesman take the time to make sure we were well prepared to drive the explorer off the lot. We are fortunate to have a dealership which not only is ready to sell a vehicle, but your service department is always available to help with any needs that may occur.
