The first one I tried to purchase, got nothing but attitude when talking over the phone from two different sales reps. When I contacted Brandon Lieb, I got nothing but professionalism and a willingness to help. When I arrived at Desoto Auto Mall, that attitude continued with everybody I met. What is normally a long and tedious day when buying a car turned into pleasant experience. My wife, who absolutely hates anything to do with buying a car,, only complained once, and that was more about the fact they sold me a Hellcat and my driving to fast. More

Clint called me the day a nice Mustang trade came in. We went over that night and bought it. I also told Clint I would be looking for a nice used F-150 the following year or so. I had a ton of questions and he answered all of them with honesty and concern. The sales process was quick and thorough; something that nobody is used to when purchasing a vehicle at a dealership. When I left the dealer with my truck, I made it about a mile down the road and the check engine light came on. I called Chris and he told me to bring the truck back immediately to the service department so that the problem could be assessed. It was determined that the O2 sensor was bad and needed replacement. I was scheduled to come back in roughly 3 weeks when the back ordered part arrived. When I arrived for the repair, Chris had set up a loaner car for me so that I could run some errands while the truck was being serviced. Two in a half hours later, I was back on the road. No problems at all!! More
