Buying a diesel Chris Moss-Solomon was very attentive and knowledgeable when it came to purchasing my 2009 Dodge Ram 2500. I had a ton of questions and he answered all of them with honesty and concern. The sales process was quick and thorough; something that nobody is used to when purchasing a vehicle at a dealership. When I left the dealer with my truck, I made it about a mile down the road and the check engine light came on. I called Chris and he told me to bring the truck back immediately to the service department so that the problem could be assessed. It was determined that the O2 sensor was bad and needed replacement. I was scheduled to come back in roughly 3 weeks when the back ordered part arrived. When I arrived for the repair, Chris had set up a loaner car for me so that I could run some errands while the truck was being serviced. Two in a half hours later, I was back on the road. No problems at all!! More
