Let's just say they had my truck for 2 months came in not running told me electrical problem then blamed electrical problem on another dealer that had worked on truck before at the end of two months it took running told me electrical problem then blamed electrical problem on another dealer that had worked on truck before at the end of two months it took them all that time to find a real problem which was water in the gas tank claim they were going to drop the tank clean the system out when I got the truck back I didn't even make it out of town it started to act up but then cleared up again after the second hurricane truck was sitting at dealers for the first one truck would not run again decided no way was I going back there after throwing away $1,500. I've got to take care of it myself found the problem crack in the fuel pump which is on top of the tank right below to split between the cab and the truck bed so all rain off running off of the crew cab pouring on the top of the tank. tank had never been touched or removed. Totally incompetent two months to find a problem that automobiles have had since they were invented. More

This dealership is nothing but worthless! They sell unsafe vehicles and when things go bad with the vehicle as quick as the drive home, less than 5 miles out of town, they tell me that I can They sell unsafe vehicles and when things go bad with the vehicle as quick as the drive home, less than 5 miles out of town, they tell me that I can bring it back, they will assess the problem and I can pay for it. When you get a "Death Wobble" on a jeep, you would think they would be more courteous about making it right. It took 3 days on the phone between leaving messages for our salesman Joe, Service Manager Rob and Mechanic Chris to finally get a call back, and a text telling me the above. I will NEVER buy another vehicle from Desoto Ford nor recommend them to anybody. As it appears, we were not the only customer to have a bad experience with this dealership over the weekend. More
