This dealership is nothing but worthless! They sell unsafe vehicles and when things go bad with the vehicle as quick as the drive home, less than 5 miles out of town, they tell me that I can They sell unsafe vehicles and when things go bad with the vehicle as quick as the drive home, less than 5 miles out of town, they tell me that I can bring it back, they will assess the problem and I can pay for it. When you get a "Death Wobble" on a jeep, you would think they would be more courteous about making it right. It took 3 days on the phone between leaving messages for our salesman Joe, Service Manager Rob and Mechanic Chris to finally get a call back, and a text telling me the above. I will NEVER buy another vehicle from Desoto Ford nor recommend them to anybody. As it appears, we were not the only customer to have a bad experience with this dealership over the weekend. More
