The service department here is absolutely abysmal. First, I tried to make an appointment online and by phone but no one ever answered, so I had to come in person just to make an appointment. They took all the info about my car (2 recalls and a broken door latch), and I was told the next available appointment was in a month and a half. A month and a half later I come in, leave my car all day, and come back in the afternoon only for them to say that no fix exists for one recall, the part they had for the other was broken, and they didn’t even look at the latch. They order the part for the recall and I come back in two weeks to get it fixed, but now they don’t have the part for the door and want me to come back a 4th time. So I’ve been in 3 times and have had 1 out of 3 problems fixed, and they didn’t even have the parts in stock for their own recall. On top of this, the service rep was condescending and at one point accused me of lying about my car being in an accident when there was absolutely no accident and I had already explained that the door just stuck after being shut one day. Apparently this is a fairly common issue (see this article https://gearfixes.com/kia-door-lock-problems/), but they acted like it was unheard of. The mechanic who worked on the car himself seemed nice, but the service rep was condescending and department as a whole was incompetent. I will not be coming back. More

When I picked up the new vehicle, Jarred, very patiently, pointed out what all the new vehicle options did and how to access them. This has to be the worst service department I have ever dealt with. A routine inspection took 2 hours and after an hour and a half I went to find out what was going on, I was told my car would be ready in dealt with. A routine inspection took 2 hours and after an hour and a half I went to find out what was going on, I was told my car would be ready in a few minutes. 45 minutes later, went back to the service desk and no one was there. Had to wait for someone to come and then she had to go running around to find my vehicle. I was there in November for an oil change and inspection and after 2 hours I received my vehicle but they forgot to do the inspection. Hence the reason I was there today to finally get the inspection. They are just so rude and the girl checking out, didn’t say 2 words to me. It was like I was bothering her, so arrogant. I guess they figure they have you there so they don’t care how they treat you. Lovemy KIA but will not buy another at Destination!!!! Last time I complained and left a bad review the service manager sent me a text telling me to contact him… WHAT??? He should be calling me, not me contacting him!!!! More
