Before meeting Jonn I would rate it a 2. After meeting John it went up to a 5. He helped me more in one day then then the other 2 men I was dealing with did in 7 weeks of having my vehicle. I want 7 weeks without a vehicle because they would not give me a loaner. After having to take my vehicle back and meeting John this time I was able to get a loaner while getting my vehicle fixed. I will highly recommend John to my family and friends before the other 2 I had to deal with. Just telling the customer what they want to hear and doing nothing to really help the situation like not giving a loaner for transportation doesn't sit to well.
