I dropped off my sister's car to have some work done. The check engine light was on. I spoke with the service Director Jim Almindo and he assured me he had one of his best technicians working on the car The check engine light was on. The car was returned a few days later and everything was perfect. Great communication with the service department and myself I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone. I have one word for if you are looking to buy or have your car serviced by these clowns... DONT! I have unfortunately put up with their lying from the day they sold me the car telling me it the straight your car serviced by these clowns... DONT! I have unfortunately put up with their lying from the day they sold me the car telling me it the straight hybrid had the same size battery as the plug in (It didn't) to not even being able to get replacement bulbs that weren't OEM because it sets off a sensor that keeps dinging, then charging me over $200 to get the bulbs replaced because they have to run a diagnostic. Tired of all the xxxxxxxx. Finally selling the KIA for best offer to wipe my hands of it {cause they don't even want to give me an offer for it). And getting a reputable car, from a reputable dealer.
