I'm not dissatisfied with the work, but I am not happy with the time. It took an hour and a half for a simple oil change! My wife was in a hurry but I told her not to worry because it was just an oil chan with the time. It took an hour and a half for a simple oil change! My wife was in a hurry but I told her not to worry because it was just an oil change that I made an appointment for. 20 min in and out. I could see a half hour if they were a little backed up. But AN HOUR AND A HALF!!! That's just unacceptable. More

I was told my wait would be 1 to 1 1/2hours for an oil change, inspection and tire rotation. I was there for 2 1/2 hours. I was told the delay was because the inspection machine malfunctioned and had to change, inspection and tire rotation. I was there for 2 1/2 hours.
