Before meeting Jonn I would rate it a 2. After meeting John it went up to a 5. He helped me more in one day then then the other 2 men I was dealing with did in 7 weeks of having my vehicle. I want 7 weeks without a vehicle because they would not give me a loaner. After having to take my vehicle back and meeting John this time I was able to get a loaner while getting my vehicle fixed. I will highly recommend John to my family and friends before the other 2 I had to deal with. Just telling the customer what they want to hear and doing nothing to really help the situation like not giving a loaner for transportation doesn't sit to well. Worst sales man ever. Worst human being ever. Went to the dealer to discuss a sportage and because I didn’t shake his hand he kicked me out of the dealership. Not every Worst human being ever. Today I waited 3 hours for an inspection. I understand they are busy but really!! And of course there’s always something your car needs it’s never everything is good today. I contacted them through text and got immediate response. I am writing review after my second visit which happened 2 days after my first visit. First visit I arrived 25 minutes before closing so I wasn't hop I am writing review after my second visit which happened 2 days after my first visit. First visit I arrived 25 minutes before closing so I wasn't hoping much out of that visit, but I didn't feel welcomed during the visit. I thought it might be because of the time. So, I spoke with salesperson and told that I am planning to come to visit on Saturday. I went today one hour before closing but it was same experience. I was never asked for water or anything. When I had test drive, the person was giving short answer just for what I or my wife asked and most of the time, he was on the phone. We then sat and had discussed about financing option for just a minute! When I asked about the out the door price, person went inside to check with manager but heard about laughing. The whole scenario was telling me that they were not interested in selling the car. I already made my mind and went to purchase it today, but of course with such experience, no way. Sorry, you lost customer and easy selling opportunity Destination Kia! More
