I was there originally to have my 2007 Suzuki Grand Vitara serviced as there was a major issue. The realization that my days with my Suzuki were numbered so I test drove Kia Sportage with Dwayne. I looked also at the Sorento and after considerable thought, I decided on the Sorento and I am not disappointed. What a fantastic vehicle! Also, everyone at Destination Kia was so friendly and helpful. Dwayne kept me updated on the status of my purchase. The waiting area was expansive and comfortable. There was complimentary water, coffee and popcorn and Dwayne offered to pick up lunch for me at his expense as I waited to have the paperwork signed. It was such a wonderful experience that I am telling all my friends and family that if they are looking for a vehicle, Destination Kia is the only place to go! More

Great customer service I was met by Rick before I entered the dealership. He introduced himself in a very friendly and professional manner. I told him it was my first service. He promptly told me what was going to take place and there would be no charge for this service. I was actually 15 minutes early but I was taken in right away. While it was going to be there, I arranged for an oil change and tire rotation. When I checked in for my service appointment, I was advised that I would have to pay $49.99 for the oil change and tire rotation as the first service is free--at 5,000 miles. I would have thought that since my brand new car already had to be there for a problem, they would have done the "complimentary" service at that time. They did do the service, but not for free. I did have to pay the $49.99 special price. I thought it was odd that they wouldn't do the "complimentary" service since I already had to be there for a problem. Other than that, service was great. Of all the dealerships I contacted in my preliminary research they were the most honest, up-front, and easy to deal with. They went out of their way to answer any questions I had via phone, email and in person. I traveled from NYC to Albany to purchase from them due to the ease of communication and an overall positive vibe. I was never pressured, talked down to, or treated with anything but respect. They also seemed knowledgeable and passionate about the cars they were selling. I hadn't purchased a new car in 13 years and being a woman, I really appreciated the "no-BS" atttidude, and felt secure in all transactions. I am now the happy owner of a 2014 kale green Kia Soul + and would recommend this dealership to anyone!!! PS: the drive from upstate back to the city in the new car was a blast! More
