I really didn't want to be there buy the Kia needed service. Nice clean place and everyone working no one hassling you for a sales. I happen to have my eye on a great looking Kia. I was introduced to Will by his boss & I wasn't sure which was to go on this. I was in pain, didn't want to stay buy yet this guy was offering me a good deal on MY KIA that was in for service.( And every comfortable chair possible for me.) That was a lease, my first last. Will searched different places for I could get the lowest per cent-age rate. Got it, bought my Kia,,got it. Every single issue regards to this car was dealt by him, I didn't make one call for insurance, bank, MVD. BEST of all he knew one more thing I wanted and remembered. Will told me, give me a call & I know who we can get that auto started hooked up for you!! EVEN after my car is off the lot, purchased, he still wanted to make sure I get the starter. We used to buy our vehicles exclusively from another dealership UNTIL we started shopping for a Suzuki. Our search led us to Destination Kia; and after such a positive experience all around, my husband and I will not go anywhere else when it comes time to purchase our next vehicle. The instant we walked into the showroom, we felt the homey atmosphere and were warmly greeted by Mark Lewtschenko. After listening carefully to what we were looking for, Mark found the perfect car for us -- a 2012 Suzuki Kizashi GTS. It was love at first sight, and we couldn't be happier with our new vehicle! Mark and Lou worked tirelessly and went above and beyond to give us a fantastic deal and financing that came in lower than we expected. Before going to Destination Kia, we tried one other dealer that, quite frankly, was not interested in working with us to put us in a quality vehicle within our budget. Destination Kia is busy, and the place is hopping, which is not difficult to understand given their large selection and awesome deals; but we never felt rushed. Any other dealership I experienced I feel like they were screwing me over and were just in it for the money. Tim is awesome at what he does and does not make you feel that way. Lou sets you up with the best rates & extended warrantees without trying to squeeze every little penny out of your pocket. Head on over to Destination Kia if you are in the market for a used or new vehicle. I took home a perfect Nissan Rogue :) :) :). More

In capital region we are having only few good dealers that we can count and on 760 Central Avenue Kia (before was Suzuki) was and I believe is one of them. Unfortunately (may be this is my own personal problem) now a days I am not happy overall. Before when it was Suzuki, the service center guys were very friendly, they used to give details about the services they provided for that particular day (in a check list form), they used to say 'please call us any time if u find something wrong after servicing'...and not only that the price wise they themself sometimes recommended how to save money and can get the best services. However, now the picture is totally opposite. just now (yesterday) I ended up a lot money for my new car servicing (still dont know clearly what they have done-just gave me a receipt with dropdown list (which layman like me can't understand)-with huge amount), not good behave from staff at all, seems very professional (dont know what is their benefit) and you know what, after came back home was getting some burning smell from right side of my car engine with little smoke. Today is sunday, they are close and certainly I know if I find the same smoke problem again and go back to them tomorrow, for sure they will say it is my problem and will be ending up paying them again. See, thats the feeling now I have for KIA Service department and I am really sorry for this. I wish they will keep the same standard like the way they had before (when they were known as Suzuki). And I also hope this feedback will be ignored by other customers who are satisfied by them. May be I am the unfortunate here :) More
