I just purchased the SX4 after my dad bought a Grand Vitara this past weekend. We went to the dealership to see what kind of deal we could get on a new Suzuki. We had an '03 Suzuki with high miles and heard about 0% financing being offered. We were able to browse the vehicles in the lot without being "hassled" by anxious sales staff. Once we settled on the model and wished for some numbers to be crunched, we went inside and found Kevin Berger eager to assist. He was very knowledgeable and easy-going. He was able to generate a deal that was very fair and we bought an SX4 that evening. Even the owner, James, took the time to come and meet us as we were finalizing the deal. We took the vehicle the next day without a hitch and are very pleased with it. I would recommend Advantage Suzuki to anyone desiring a great vehicle for a fair price with great Staff. More

Overall I would rate my experience as good . Dealer Representatives were accomodating and friendly. I did encounter one problem. I came to the dealership as a result of receiving a letter which indicated that they wished to buy my 2009 vehicle. The letter stated that they were willing to offer even in excess of Kelley Blue Book value as a trade in allowance. My car was looked over by an evaluator who noted the next to new tires and brand new brakes. However, he gave my salesman a trade in allowance lower than the lowest value listed in Kelley. Apparently all dealer staff were not aware of the written offer. I almost left the dealership. My salesman however was able to go back and get me an acceptable trade in allowance. At my age I have purchased numerous new and used vehicles and realize that no transaction will ever be 100% satisfactory. I do think that staff who appraise vehicles should be aware of all offers which the sales department is sending out. More
