Made an appointment for 10am for just a oil change that does not take long to do and they held my car for 3 hours while I was waiting, and kept telling me it would be done soon and it wasn’t, then had the does not take long to do and they held my car for 3 hours while I was waiting, and kept telling me it would be done soon and it wasn’t, then had the nerve to tell me they thought they had my car for the day when I never said that and I was waiting for my car?
