He didn’t question me, didn’t give me the runaround, and didn’t make me feel like I was bothering him. He listened, got everything moving, kept things handled, and made sure the job got DONE. Jared was a straight-up stand-up guy from beginning to end. If every service advisor handled customers the way Jared does, the automotive industry would have a whole lot fewer people yelling in parking lots. My car is fixed, I’m happy, Jared came through, and frankly, I’M ON A BOAT! So here’s to Jared: Shake and Bake! I brought my 2022 Kia Telluride in back in January for a transmission leak and a driver-side front axle issue. Marshall stepped in and made sure it was looked at right away. They found a couple of issues and were able to get everything covered and resolved under warranty. Marshall communicated with me from the beginning to the end of the service and kept me updated throughout the entire process. I couldn’t have asked for better service. The axle was on backorder until a couple of weeks ago, and as soon as the part came in, Marshall reached out to let me know. I dropped the Telluride off on July 23 before leaving for vacation, and they had it fixed and ready for me when I got back. I can’t thank Marshall enough for everything he has done and for making the whole process as easy as possible. Hats off to Marshall and the entire Kia service team! Highly recommend! More
