Service took much longer than the time I had allowed for it. Was at dealership from 1:30 pm until about 6pm. It was an oil change, new tires and alignment. I had an appointment scheduled for 1PM on Friday, December 3rd to have a single tire changed due to a sidewall puncture. I called 3 times on the 3rd and was never contacted. By 5PM, I was told they had not started but would try to do the just b first thing in the morning on Saturdays the 4th. I then arrived at 9:45AM on the 4th and the service department couldn't find my key. They hadn't started nor appeared to have thought about it until I physically arrived. No apology and no sense of urgency. This is a car purchased from Destination Kia and one I have received prior service in at this location. I will not come back. My "appointment" took nearly 24hrs for a single tired mount and balance. There are plenty of places that would have at least called to update me, and would have kept their appointment. More
