I think I overpaid for the car that I bought used. I was never shown even how to use the Sirius radio. The car that I bought only had one key and I was not provided with a second. I sat outside the building for a half an hour after my appointment time, I arrived early before somebody finally showed up in the shop to wave me in. it took forever to get an appointment just to change my oil going forward I may just go to Walmart I don't have to get an appointment and they would have taken care of me faster. This was the third visit to the service department for the same issue. The service rep. was very patient and accommodating, listening to my concerns, and told me they would make sure this problem with my the same issue. Never get back to you. Never tell you what’s going on with your vehicle. Extremely backed up so you have to schedule weeks out. Never anyone actually answering a phone in the Service center. The service was fine. Called for appointment 3 times, but the woman who answered the phone, couldn't find any recalls on my car, even thou I had my paperwork work, she transfered me to a specialist, left a message, never received a call back. Finally after the 4th try. Got my appt. Which was for the 16th, 1 day after the promotion that ended on the 15th, called KIA and they denied me the gift card. If the first person who answered my call, could have found my recall info she had openings the week of 11/8/21. So not happy over being denied the promotion for getting my car serviced. More
