Another outstanding service visit regarding my 2020 Kia Soul Ex! I was greeted by the gentleman, Dave Reali who is my sales professional who I purchased the car from 2.5 years ago. He then brought me over Soul Ex! I was greeted by the gentleman, Dave Reali who is my sales professional who I purchased the car from 2.5 years ago. He then brought me over to his service team Marshall and Adriana who (as they do each and every time) gave me to total “elite customer” service experience. Their professionalism, efficiency and attention to detail are unmatched. After this most recent service experience (as always) I feel valued and appreciated which once again reinforces the fact that when I originally chose Destination Kia to purchase this vehicle I definitely chose the BEST dealership. I only have 1 issues. The service needed message is still coming up on My dash. Otherwise it was very quick.
