Our service representative was wonderful! We dropped my car off the night before our appointment on Monday 11/1 at 7 am. By 7:38 am I was called to review service. Technician did not check to make sure the windows were up before sending through the car wash. He was honest about the mistake, I’ll give him that, but how did this even occur? I was left with a very damp ve before sending through the car wash. He was honest about the mistake, I’ll give him that, but how did this even occur? I was left with a very damp vehicle that as a result had an issue with the seatbelt sensor not seeing the belt buckled so I went back to the dealer and was told there was nothing they could do that day and I’d have to bring it back on Monday. I got to listen to the seatbelt chime for my 30 minute drive home. Luckily it must have dried out enough overnight to not have an issue the next day. Still have a very damp vehicle that actually froze the interior this morning as temps were below freezing. Each of the 3 Kia vehicles we have had serviced here has had some sort of issue afterwards at least once. At this point, we will be taking our business elsewhere. More
