Normally when we make an appointment my car is taken early and is finished quickly. We had an 11:00am appointment for an oil change on a Saturday and at 4:30 my car was still not done. There was very little communication, which is not normal for them. Normally my car is finished within an hour of my appointment time and we usually hear from someone from start to finish. We were very disappointed with how long an oil change took when we scheduled an appointment ahead of time. More
