When got there to drop of Nicole Ellis car went through and talked with marshal wings going on with car. Told me there was a diagnostic charge to do that. And stated needed more then a day. So I said we go and talked with marshal wings going on with car. Told me there was a diagnostic charge to do that. And stated needed more then a day. So I said we going away in oct. leave it for the week he said ok. Thought the charge would not be put on. Talked with marshal after when having to pay the bill wasn’t aware he didn’t till then. He said because they looked at wheel bearing that we thought was making a noise after just being put in. Still had to pay. Very unsatisfactory More

They replaced my motor and alternator and when I picked up car air conditioning did and still doesn’t work. It is also very hard shifting gears. I am very upset about air and how they deny responsibility f up car air conditioning did and still doesn’t work. It is also very hard shifting gears. I am very upset about air and how they deny responsibility for it. You cannot remove motor without the air conditioning unit. My air worked just fine before I dropped my car off to them. I do not feel I should pay for any of this repair. I am very upset with them for this. More
