Was there for recall ONLY your service dept tried to push unwanted service Aligned my car without my approval and expected me to pay for it. Wanted to charge me 45 to put in a headlight. Seriously? Horrible customer service!! Refused to put the guards back on after they removed them to check my engine. Refused to cover my engine even though it was a recall I was never informed of. I gave this rating due to the fact there were a couple of items I requested to have done and they were not. I'd originally brought my car in to the collision center and then I brought it in for the oil chan items I requested to have done and they were not. I'd originally brought my car in to the collision center and then I brought it in for the oil change while it was in there and I had left a note to have the rear passenger seat seating to be checked since it kept setting the alarm off that was not checked and when it was in the collision for the collision center since it was hit in the rear driver's side that was supposed to have been an alignment done and it was done at neither place so I wasn't too happy about that.
