I have always been impressed by the routine that greets you when you come in to have your oil changed. This time however the bvisit took over an hour longer than the estimate. If you want good customer service, good communication, and want the job done right you should take you vehicle somewhere else. The work is sloppy and the communication is almost nonexistent. I left 6-8 voicemails (and messages with multiple people) and received one follow up. I left a message asking for the service manage to call me and he never did. I sent three text messages through the iService and receive one reply that wasn’t a status update. My calipers have needed replacement twice now over the course of less than three months. The multi point inspection is a joke. I have yet to see a single video inspection that claim they will send. My car leaves with a new problem every time. More

The service center seems to be lacking these days.
