I'm not dissatisfied with the work, but I am not happy with the time. It took an hour and a half for a simple oil change! My wife was in a hurry but I told her not to worry because it was just an oil chan with the time. It took an hour and a half for a simple oil change! But AN HOUR AND A HALF!!! That's just unacceptable. More
I was told my wait would be 1 to 1 1/2hours for an oil change, inspection and tire rotation. I was there for 2 1/2 hours. Little disappointed in with my last visit. Customer/scheduler Alysha wasn't too helper. Just put my calls through to service even though nobody would pick up. Not very helpful. Took 3 weeks to get an appt. for my recall and oil change. Asked to have them look into why my heat and a/c didn’t work. Was told it was my actuator but they did not have part. Tried to make and appointment couldn’t get in for 4 weeks in the middle of summer with no a/c. Picked up car, they never did oil change said it was a miscommunication. No one called to tell me part came in, bring car in wait an hour for shuttle, get a call a few hours later they ordered wrong part. Brought car to a different dealer was told my car was damaged (blower box) and would need $2400 worth of repairs. Was assured by destination that my car was not damaged. was told part would be in in 2-5 days and I would get a call when it came in. a week and a half later I don’t hear anything so I call parts dept. and part was in, called service coordinator left message and asst. manager, no call back. 5 days later I call back leave message for manager and asst manager, I get a call from service coordinator that he was told to call me. He said your appointment was yesterday. I said and who was going to tell me I had an appointment? I never received email or text message. I was finally able to get my car fixed, asked for a video or pictures to confirm no damage, have not received anything. And I have yet to receive a call back from the 2 messages I left for asst manager and 1 for reg. Manager. Overall a terrible experience, a huge waste of time and money. More

I made an appointment to have a roof basket put on my Telluride. After waiting 3 hours for the roof basket to be installed, to my shock the dealer only installed the roof rails to support the basket. Antenna assembly charges were over board!! The service manager was fantastic and did not charge us for the oil change due to the time we waited. That was class!!
