I have always had excellent service at the Destination Service Department. This time was no exception. My only criticism is the lack of timely response to telephone calls. Twice I called for an update and Service Department. This time was no exception. My only criticism is the lack of timely response to telephone calls. Twice I called for an update and did not receive a TC back. The service department is exceptionally busy. It would enhance customer service if the service advisors had a person who could return calls for them same day. That being said, Marshall went above and beyond to communicate with me after the second time it happened. More

Great service department! Mike checked me in while I was still in the car and kept me up to date on my work during the day. When it was done, he reviewed the bill and work with me, applied a coupon and walk still in the car and kept me up to date on my work during the day.
