I have been trying for over 4 months to have a recall service performed on my vehicle. I was finally told that they had the part in stock and scheduled this appointment. I took half a day off of work and service performed on my vehicle. I was finally told that they had the part in stock and scheduled this appointment. I took half a day off of work and traveled 45 minutes for this appointment only to be told that they do not have the part in stock to perform the recall service. It also took this dealership over 2 months to schedule an appointment for a wheel repair service. Communication with the service department is horrendous. If I could, I would give zero stars for the service I have received over the past 5 months from this dealership. More
