I brought the car in to see what was wrong with the air conditioning. The car has 32,000 miles on and most things should still be under warranty. I made an appointment online for a Saturday morning, when we got there they said they had no one to look at the car because they don’t make appointments on Saturdays. They called me and said there was a problem with the condenser and charged me $189 just to look at the car. They looked at everything in the car according to the video they took. I did not ask them to do a full inspection. It took two days and $189 to figure out it is leaking and the air conditioner will not hold. Do not ever bring your car there. I will never buy a Kia again. They will always find a way to say what is wrong with your is not under warranty! More
