The stupid service rep just tried to up sell engine washes etc.. On a lease vehicle. He must be getting paid a percentage on services not needed. Brought my car in last week because I had an engine light on had the car towed in by Kia roadside service they didn’t outstanding job call the head that same day to make sure that they will get it in the nex on had the car towed in by Kia roadside service they didn’t outstanding job call the head that same day to make sure that they will get it in the next day for service at 11 o’clock didn’t hear nothing until 3o’clock after I called several times and was told that it was going in at any minute finally around 5 o’clock I was told that they didn’t have an answer and what was wrong with the car had to wait till the next day around 12 31 o’clock to hear what was wrong with the car everything was covered under warranty it seems that everything is gone to texting the customer i’m not too happy with that I’m not happy with I had an appointment at 11o’clock and my car didn’t go in till the next following day I purchased many cars over the years from the dealer but always happy with your previous service manager Pat he always went above and beyond to resolve it I know things have changed in the dealer but I think that you need to say a little more focused on the customer rather than texting and using that type of communication I recommend it to a friend of mine she’s looking for a new Kia to call you folks and she went down and end up buying a car the same day I was one of your first customers at Walksew your Kia dealer bought a new car and serviced a car the same day I think things have changed which maybe Maybe you gotten away from taking care of the customer I know you’ve grown quite a bit and that kind of concerns me because there’s other dealers in the capital District that I stopped going to because the service wasn’t punctual was giving results and answers answers More

I would usually give this a 5 star rating but the service dept has changed. Different people who make more excuses than try to help. I dropped my car off at 8:30am. Told the service advisor that I had an extended warranty. Said it was electrical and may not be covered. I didn't say anything. Waited to see what the outcome would be. Called them back in the afternoon. Was told car would be ready by 5pm. When I got there another service advisor told me that the part was broken and the car wasn't repaired. As you can imagine I was not pleased. Then my service advisor showed up and said it was done. It was a misunderstanding. Thankfully it was done as I live about 45 minutes from the dealer. Then he said he got it covered for me and made it sound like he performed some kind of miracle. I have the extended 10 year 100,000 mile bumper to bumper warranty. It should be covered. Then he said the recall had the service dept going crazy and that was what all the confusion was. I don't feel that was a very good excuse. I just hope that when I have to go back to have my car serviced that the service dept is back to the professionalism that it use to have. More
Owned my car 5 years and never had a bad experience..BUT my last service experience was AMAZING..
