Tech forgot to plug a connector back into the engine after working on it, which caused the check engine light to display as I was about to drive away from the dealership. The tech identified the error i after working on it, which caused the check engine light to display as I was about to drive away from the dealership. Luke from the service department helped me thru the maintenance. I questioned him why the Telluride maintenance cost was so high and the reponse was "It's a Telluride". I even brought my own oil to off maintenance. I questioned him why the Telluride maintenance cost was so high and the reponse was "It's a Telluride". I even brought my own oil to offset the cost but still ended up paying close to $200 just for oil change and tire rotation. Pretty steep if you ask me. I've also requested to not avail the complimentary car wash but to my surprise it was actually washed when it was done. To top it off I didn't even get an inspection report. When asked, I was told I would be getting it thru my email. Did I get it? No, not at all. Pretty lackluster service this time around. Disappointed. More
