I brought my 2020 Sorento in to have the A/C checked as the car would not stay cool on a Monday before a road trip. I got my car back in under an hour after having the oil changed and having the A/C checke the car would not stay cool on a Monday before a road trip. I got my car back in under an hour after having the oil changed and having the A/C checked. I was told having the A/C checked would take 90 minutes. I was told there were no problems with the A/C upon picking up the car on Monday. After taking the car on a road trip, we had realized the problem wasn't fixed while sweating for a 3 and a 1/2 hour car ride home. When calling the dealership, they took the car in the next morning. Within that time, a part was broken and the freon was completely gone. I didn't think it was a coincidence that it that the same problem existed after picking up the car; I believe that it wasn't checked thoroughly the first time I brought it in. Being a new car, a 2020 with problems already, took weeks for the part to come in. The people were friendly when being there, but no thing was done to rectify the inconvenience of me having a brand new car, I've had it since August, is already having problems and I had to bring it in 3 times to get fixed. Very pleased to have my rental car flat tire towed in for prompt replacement. Car was washed and shined along with an oil change and lube. Staff were very helpful. I appreciate that Marshall called to tell me that I needed new front breaks!! When I came to pick up my car Marshall walked me out to my car which is a very nice gesture. My only complaint is the car needed new front breaks!! When I came to pick up my car Marshall walked me out to my car which is a very nice gesture. My only complaint is the car wash..I don’t think soap is used looks like it is rinsed off and in the commercial it says Free Car Wash..should say rinsed off with a hose. More
