Marshall greeted me immediately when I walked into the service dept and was very pleasant to work with. He explained what the service tech would be checking on my car, gave me an estimate of the cost; an service dept and was very pleasant to work with. Good friendly service for my Kia Sorento 6 month oil change - only issue was they forgot to run the car through the wash and I had to wait longer for someone to pull it into the wash bay - then no one c change - only issue was they forgot to run the car through the wash and I had to wait longer for someone to pull it into the wash bay - then no one came out to pull it out so it was left running in the wash bay - I finally had to squeeze by the wet wash sponges to retrieve the car myself....somebody was not paying attention on that one.
