The wiper blade on our Kia Sorrento snapped off. We called for service and Marshall gave us a time that same day - a Saturday- and we were able to have both windshield wiper blades and the rear window called for service and Marshall gave us a time that same day - a Saturday- and we were able to have both windshield wiper blades and the rear window wiper blade all replaced. Michael Hunter was most attentive and walked me through what service I needed and during the time the car was being serviced, he checked on me and gaqve me his phone number in case I needed something. Took me to my car after the service was completed and went over, item by item what had been done and why. Destination Kia makes it easy to schedule an online service appointment. Mike Hunter, the Service advisor greeted me upon arrival and had me drive into the enclosed service write-up area. Went over my service appointment. Mike Hunter, the Service advisor greeted me upon arrival and had me drive into the enclosed service write-up area. Went over my car from top to bottom including tires and Alignment. He also checked my door handle and ordered a new one under Kia's warranty. Very pleased with their customer service. More
