I was really happy when I bought my car their last year. I went in for an oil change and left very upset. Being a younger female, I felt very taken advantage of. The process is unacceptable I was without a car for 6 1/2 weeks. They do not give loaner cars which is also a inconvenience especially when it's a manufacture issue. Staff was very good but the dealership computer system is lacking and needs to be upgraded or replaced.. Staff was clearly frustrated with this difficult system. I have always been very satisfied with destination kia and their service. My only concern is that they always tell me it will take 1-3 days to fix most things and I have to leave my van. Last time it was ready at 11:30 am but I didn't have a ride to pick up. Next time I'm waiting! More
Sales was excellence, horrible experience with service Dept. When we experienced issues and left numerous messages, with no return call. Part was fixed under warranty for a brand new 2022 telluride. Ended up having the same problem, and I was told that is just how the car drives. Which is wrong, because we have been told otherwise. Will not come back for service related issues again, our service has gone elsewhere completely, even for purchasing in the future due to this. More

I took my car in for my oil change and tire rotation and at that time was told I should do a rotation so I paid for that to be done. The following week I noticed the same tire was still on the back passenge at that time was told I should do a rotation so I paid for that to be done. The following week I noticed the same tire was still on the back passenger side, due to the fact it has had a rub mark on it for over a year. I called and was told to bring It back in which I did I pointed out the back rear tire that was the same when they had said they did the rotation and it hasn’t been moved. I was then told by the technician that it was probably because the front tires had a little bit better tread on them so they keep them on the front. I asked why my receipt showed the tires had been rotated and why was I not told this when I picked up my car because then maybe I would not have paid for an alignment at that time but waited until the tires were actually rotated. I was not really given any answers as to why this was the case and I let the technician know that if it wasn’t that I had already paid for my tire rotation and oil changes when I purchased the car I would not be bringing my car back in there for maintenance because now I no longer trust what they tell me.
