Service took way longer than expected (over 5 hours), and I believe I was overcharged. I had a 45K service, which on the appointment website showed should be $301. I have a screenshot. I was also getting 4 tires mounted/balanced which I expected to be $100. Since the tire rotation included in the 45k service was not needed, and I had one free oil change left because I bought the car at Destination, the service rep said he would remove those charges. So I was initially expecting to pay something less than $401. However, the estimate he had me sign was $499. I figured we could work out the difference later. Shortly thereafter, I was informed that I needed an alignment on one corner, which was $129. So I was expecting my total to be somewhere south of $530 based on what I was told. However, after over 5 hours, I was told initially that the total was over $700. This was reduced to $650 after some wrangling, but as I needed to get out of there I just paid an left. Service here has always been a little slower and pricier than I'd like, but this was ridiculous. And I have to drive an hour each way to get there. Also, I had to probe for progress updates, never got an update without asking. Disappointing. More
