Personnel very helpful but I had appt for a recall and when I picked the car up I was told part was not in stock .Unprofessional. Should of called me before I drove to dealership that the recall part was when I picked the car up I was told part was not in stock .Unprofessional. Should of called me before I drove to dealership that the recall part was out of stock. Now I have to reschedule and cost me time and gas to bring car in since I live 45 minutes away. More

When I arrived approached my Marshall who explained my car needed multipoint check. I get confused as to what I prepay for The bait and switch Regular oil changes. Tire rotation filter changes were to be all included. Why would you rotate tires and not align them. It seems to me you would want the tires to be balanced for proper usage and rotation to prevent uneven wear Call me crazy. Just a hidden cost. This review has nothing against Marshall. He was courteous and friendly. I know with COVID it’s important to get the customers in and out. I think better communication needs to be done. Perhaps calling customer before appointment to discuss. A little more personal. Thanks More
