Very Good Service I had to bring my two-month old Kia Optima SX Turbo, with 3,500 miles, in for service unexpectedly for what turned out to be a problem with two of the I had to bring my two-month old Kia Optima SX Turbo, with 3,500 miles, in for service unexpectedly for what turned out to be a problem with two of the spark plugs. While it was going to be there, I arranged for an oil change and tire rotation. When I checked in for my service appointment, I was advised that I would have to pay $49.99 for the oil change and tire rotation as the first service is free--at 5,000 miles. I would have thought that since my brand new car already had to be there for a problem, they would have done the "complimentary" service at that time. They did do the service, but not for free. I did have to pay the $49.99 special price. I thought it was odd that they wouldn't do the "complimentary" service since I already had to be there for a problem. Other than that, service was great. More

Great Service Destination Kia Service Center provides excellent customer service. It's the best I have seen so far from any KIA Service Center and I have been to several. This is the third KIA that I own and though I did not buy it from Destination KIA, I wouldn't take it anywhere else to be serviced. When I am in the market for a new car, I will most likely buy it from them as I have a few friends that have and are happy with the deals Destination provided them. Rick Grugan is a great Service Coordinator. He worked at the dealership I bought my car at and though I was not happy with the service I received there (by the mechanics and the Service Manager), he was always going above and beyond to ensure my vehicle was returned to me in perfect condition and my concerns were addressed. I left that dealership two years ago and went to Lazare then to Destination after Lazare closed. I was happy to see Rick had joined the Destination KIA service department when I dropped my car off for an oil change one day. He always explains the service my car needs, never forces any additional services that are not necessary, and listens to any concerns I may have regarding my vehicle. Rick continues to go above and beyond to ensure Destination KIA's customers are satisfied with the service they receive. As long as the service continues to be excellent, Destination KIA has a customer for life. Thank you! More
