Service not as promised. Took several attempts to contact service provider. Getting status updates on service was a task, very frustrating. Preview cost was not provided. Time it took for the service provided was unnecessary and inconviencing. However, whenever I did make contact with service provided all my questions were politely answered and they did provided complementary shuttles, even though I had to wait hours after the promised time for pick up. Overall very disappointing. 4/10 More

Lucas did a good job greeting me and closing out the service ticket. I was disappointed that I did not receive the analysis report I use to get in the past and both the service manager and Lucas have sa service ticket. Good service but wait time too long.
