Had an oil change appointment at 11:00. Got there 10 of 11, took maybe 5 minutes to get helped. They seemed pretty busy. Took our time at the diner and got back about 12:30. Car wasn't finished so we went to the waiting room. Text my service guy as they told me that's what I had to do in order to have status updates, etc. He never text back. About 2:00 I got word that my car was done. Got the car about 2:15. Meanwhile I had 3 impatient little kids and 2 days before Christmas I had a lot at home to do. I won't utilize this dealership again to get an oil change. I live 45 mins away and its just not convenient for me. More

These guys were hit hard by the covid, and almost all the staff was out sick. So they warned me that my car was very likely not going to be done today. This is the last time I bring my Kia to this dealer. They consistent lack of parts on hand, they display an inability to contact us with updates as promised, have exorbitant prices and are generally rude. After being there for 5 hours one of the issues I originally set this service up for was never looked at or diagnosed. It was a slow leak in one of the tires. After paying a $135 diagnostic fee the issue of a loud noise stemming from one of my front brakes was deemed"normal". And to top it off the coupons sent to me were almost overlooked and the service man chose to use a $50 one over a $100 one for any service, with no explanation. He also said it was too late in the day to take the car back in to resolve the slow leak. Very dissatisfied. More
