I really don’t like going to your service department because I never feel like they care or understand what I am trying to tell them what’s wrong with my car. I brought my car there but is a Ford so I alway get “well my guys don’t know this car” Chad may not know about ford but let me tell you he went far and beyond to take care of my car.
