Joe P was great in helping me pick out a new car. He was very knowledgable and spent a good amount of time with me. The problem came when I went to purchase. I was informed that I was approved for the loan very knowledgable and spent a good amount of time with me. The problem came when I went to purchase. I was informed that I was approved for the loan the day before and when I came in the next evening everything had changed because the finance manager who had said I was approved never even ran my credit. I almost walked out with out a car that day but luckily after some back and forth I was able to get him to agree to a deal I was comfortable with. After driving the car home late at night and looking it over the next morning I noticed stuff was left all over the car. From stickers to glue residue and I have pictures to show for it. This was not a good first car buying experience for me and I am not sure that I will be back to this dealership despite all of Joe's good efforts. More
