Satisfied Customer I just returned from a 6,000 mile road trip out west and was in dire need for an oil change. I drove in at 7:30 AM (without an appointment) and was t I just returned from a 6,000 mile road trip out west and was in dire need for an oil change. I drove in at 7:30 AM (without an appointment) and was told by Dustin Rose, the customer service rep, that he was completely booked up for the day with prior appointments. However, he told me that he would work me in if I would leave my vehicle. He then arranged for transportation to my home and back again when my vehicle was ready. I couldn't believe it, but I was back home with all the work completed by 9:30 AM. I rate this as truly outstanding customer service and would highly recommend Destination Nissan to others. As the title of this review indicates... I am a completely satisfied customer. More
